what differecnce will it make if i use core i7 2600k with company heatsink(Fan) vs any other costly heatsink purchase from outside????

Well heatsinks are designed to help dissipate heat, so a good heatsink will lower temps (with the aid of a fan)

Better temps will increase the life span of the processor vs higher temps. Also many user's want to overclock, overclocking will increase the heat output and so the need for a better heatsink arises.
