My wife bought me an "InWin Dragonslayer matx" case to kickstart my gaming rig. I'm building around an intel core i5 2500k and possibly an Asus AP8H61-MLX mobo with 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1333 kit. I plan to overclock to 4Ghz. I'm not too sure about the stock heatsink so I wanna replace it with a CM Hyper 212. Will it fit in my case?

The Hyper 212+ is approximately 6.25 inches tall. Your case is 7.7 inches wide. It should fit. Good luck!

Agree on this BUT always that your case don't have a side fan.

Agreed, do not install a side fan. Otherwise, it will not fit and you shouldn't need a side fan any way.
