Hello!

Before flashing my 6950 bios to 6970 i had to switch my bios switch on card to position 1. After flash i restarted my pc but it didn't boot up anymore. After i switched bios switch back to 0 (default) it booted normally as 6950. So my switch position 1 has now 6970 bios which wont boot up, i was wondering how can i restore it back to normal if im not able to boot?

Thanks,
Surmav

Oh nice got this problem solved.
Now im back at beginning, after i tryed to flash it was saying "SubsystemsIDs mismatch", using atiwinflash. So i had to force flash after i did that i was back with booting problems. So i booted as switch 0 and if system was running i set switch to 1 and noticed something. My shaders stayed same but default clock increased to 880mhz 1375mhz, with bios switch 0(default) its 800mhz 1250mhz im not sure why shaders didnt increase after flash?

Im thinking that i cant unlock or im doing something wrong, i checked with bios editor and saw that 6970 is checked at second bios but still 1408 shaders...

I am still new to modern radeon cards but in my recent research I read that the 6950 can not have it's shaders unlocked to 6970 specs. I did not research if this is true for all cards or just certain cards. But rest assured it is not an error.
