Just purchased a Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33ghz, i was surprised with the stock cooler and my previous one for my Intel Pentium Duel Core was more larger,

The CPU runs at around 50-60 Degrees Celsius on idol, I was wondering if this is an alright idol speed? Or should i purchase another CPU Cooler?

thats way too hot, it should be around 30-40 c during idle, or less. Stock coolers suck, try looking into a replacement. What would be your budget for a replacement?

I've been looking around and i dont want a high end one since i wont be overclocking any time soon with the motherboard i have, Around $30 - $50 AUD maybe.

Edit: That includes postage too,
