How do I change the multiplier on a Asus M2N-VM DVI?

Go into the BIOS in the CPU settings section (most likely). Could also be in the Memory Settings section.

Thanks but, I did go into tthe BIOS. I can only view the settings. I cannot find the option to change them.

means your cpu have locked multplier or your board does not have overclocking settings
or use nvidia system tools to do that
