Not really, no.

You might have some control over the base clock, but it is tied into the PCIe on these systems so you'd be lucky to get more than 20mhz increase out of that (which is x31 I think, so that's still a 620mhz OC).

Usually the multiplier is locked, hence why they sell the P67 and Z68 unlocked motherboards.

I think you can overclock the onboard GPU, though, if you use that.

In theory by adjusting the FSB, yes. To achieve stability at a decent improvement you definitely won't.
