Here's the spec of my system
Gigabyte P35 Mobo
GTX 560 Ti GFX
Corsair 1 GB Dual Channel ( I'm also buying another 2 gb dual channel to combine everything to 6gb of RAM)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
Corsair TX 750 Watt.

This is my first try on overclocking, it would be great if you guys can help this noob out :)
I'm currently using a stock heat sink which isn't very good ( all 4 cores are always at 50 C when idle). Any suggestion for a new heat sink, too ?
