Fans are flowing in the correct directions. Heatsink is facing the correct direction. Flow goes in from the side and front over the CPU out the back. Room temperature is luke-warm to chilly (67-69).

Running 3 D2 Bots and SWTOR in windowed mode on low-mid settings. 2 browsers w/ 8 tabs. Also in an area of SWTOR thats big with far sight.

Should I invent in more cooling or does my system look okay ?

Your temps aren't dangerous but they are fairly hot, you may want to invest in some high performance fans that'll push alot more air, also you could clean the fans and case if its dusty and tidy up any cable mess.

get a case with 2x 120mm fans for an intake.
