I've seen the H100 tested and used effectively with Yate Loon fans. I have been a fan of yate loon's for a few years, because of their high quality and performance paired with very reasonable prices. The fans can be found online as low as $6 before shipping. In 120mm, they have Red, blue, and green LEDs. The fans run on a 3 pin mobo header or can use a molex connector. They are not PWM, but come in different speeds, 1000RPM, 1600, or around 2000RPM. They are designated by S,M, or H.

The mid speed fans are rated at a respectable 50 CFM, and I can attest to the amount of air they move and their longevity under 24/7 use. These fans are consistently good performers, after using every kind of fan you can think of for years I've found consistency in fans to be very difficult to find.

Oh yeah, they are also very quiet for the amount of air they move. Also difficult to find.

The H100 has 2 fans with speed levels of low, med and high. The high speed is 2500RPM which I imagine is pretty loud, so that would drown out any other fans.

I don't think the fans would plug into the water block, not from the reviews I'm seeing:

So I don't know if you would prefer PWM. I think I would, since the other fans with the cooler are controlled inside the case. Pretty much set it and forget it for the included 120mm fans.

I assume you have room for push pull? Thats a big rad.

Here's a selection of PWM fans.
