i did nothing .. it appears automatically..

From the CPUID information you provided, it doesn't look like it is overclocking, the clock speed, multiplier, FSB, and voltage look pretty normal. I'm afraid I can't help you too much here, my experience is with overclocking Sandy Bridge chips.

Round 2: check your cpu and system temp. You can check it in bios. You might need to readjust your coolers if temps are too high.

Try holding down del key at bootup or refer to your motherboard manual. If you do a bios reset and check your temp to make sure that your coolers are position right, your system should be good to go. Still can't get into bios? When your system boot there might be a screen telling what keys you can push, but it goes away really fast. Good luck.
