I very much doubt I have the highest stable overclock, I think one of the mods have a 2600K at 5.4Ghz

Anyway I can get my 3930K at 4.8Ghz, but run 4.6Ghz for 24/7.

seeing your an addict, someone on youtube was trying to tell me games wont play over 4 ghz the games will crash.. am i right in calling bull?

Lol, People have been playing games (and doing other stuff on PC's) with CPU's @ 4Ghz since the s775 days, perhaps even earlier. I remember having a Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 4.2Ghz and I certainly played games alot then.

Maybe he/she can't get 4Ghz stable with whatever CPU they have, so games crash for them?

I game @ 4.6Ghz with my 3930K
