Hey guys sorry to be a noob..

I have a Black Edition x4 970 matched with a M4A87TD/USB3 Mobo..

On my Mobo i flipped the little switch for the "core Unlocker" my pc booted up fine.. using "core temp" it only shows (4) cores unlike the (6) i was hoping for..

I also booted into my BIOS, and manually made sure all (6) cores were enabled..

Is there a program that will show me all my core temps/usage as a gadget? or did i really not unlock my 5/6th core?

There is no 5th/6th core. You are not using a Thuban X6 CPU, but a Deneb quad core.

The core unlocker will only be useful with the X2 Denebs.
