coolermaster storm enforcer I have cm 200mm front intake and top exhaust I have 45cfm 120mm rear exhaust
I would like to put a bgears blaster 103cfm replacement top rear
what do you think?

The ideal setup would be if the CFMs Intake and Exhaust are within 0% to 10% of each other.

Front, Side, Bottom - Intake
Top, Rear - Exhaust

If the Exhaust is grossly larger than the Intake, then there is the possibility of air by-pass from the smaller of the two exhaust fans (it will let more air in than exhaust).

In your instance, go ahead and try it. Install a fan control so that you can cut down the RPM if necessary.

Go with the best combination that will give you the lowest temps.

Yes, it will work fine to control one fan (it is single channel)
