I'm making my first build soon. Don't know much about motherboards so I need help picking one out. My processor is a AMD Athlon II X3 455 3.3 triple core (AM3 Socket). I've heard that its easy to unlock the 4th core on it. I just need a decent motherboard for a decent price. 70$ is the range I'd like to be in. Thanks for looking.

insteat of this athlon 2 grab a phenom 2 x4 980 best cpu that amd have
if you want unlocking then phenom2 x4 960t is better

but i suggest 980
