I need to find a good cpu cooler that can keep below 70c temp at 4.5ghz-4.8ghz
Specs:
Case : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811147153

Motherboard : http://www.frys.com/product/655998 [...] IN_RSLT_PG

CPU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6819115072

PSU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817371044

RAM : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231314

GPU: http://www.google.com/products/cat [...] CHQQ8wIwAA

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM.

Also what is a good thermal compound or does the cpu cooler come with thermal compound?

$80 Thermalright Silver Arrow (dead quiet)
$60 Hyper 612 PWM or Scythe Mugen 3

Quote :

I think the Silver Arrow represents the ultimate air cooler than can be built and still fit within the constraints of an ATX motherboard and a standard computer case. ....It's almost ironic that coolers like this are becoming available just as processors transition to designs that may ultimately render them unnecessary; even overclocked to 5GHz, an Intel Sandy Bridge 2600K doesn't need anywhere near this level of cooling.

Thermaltake Frio
http://thermaltakeusa.com/Product. [...] 19&ID=1956

Noctua NH-D14
http://www.google.com/products/cat [...] CEIQ8wIwAQ

Cooler Master V6GT
http://www.coolermaster.com/produc [...] ct_id=6668

Or should I go with Corsair liquid cooling?

Which is the best and which would be a good while still having a low price, also will these be able to fit in my build without blocking any slots?(Thermal compound i'm going for is Arctic MX-4 or should I use something else?)

I doubt any of the above coolers will fit in a Challenger case btw.
The FRIO and V6GT definitely won't = 165mm tall.
The CM 212+ is most often used in your case (158.5mm tall) and it barely fits.
The Evo might fit just under 160mm.
After market coolers come supplied with good paste = CM units come with a tube of paste = has enough for 3-4 installs.
It's not the very best paste but only 2-3C shy of the best.
I use it for my installs.

The Hyper 212+ looks good, but I was wondering if the CM V8 would fit and if it would should i go with that?
