i need a sort of guide to overclock my q6600 to 3 ghz. my setup is...

core 2 quad q6600 g0 stepping
ASrock g31m-GS r2.0
Patriot RAM 2x2gb ddr2 800mhz 4-4-4-12
EVGA 8800gtx 768mb
Antec TruePower Blue 650w
WD Caviar Original sata 1 120gb

Just change FSB from 266 to 333 in your BIOS, this should be all you need.
