Forum Overclocking : Intel Any bottlenecks?

I overclocked my VGA (GeForce GTX 460M)
Clock: 675 to 725
Memory: 625 to 705
Shader: 1350 to 1450

These are my specs
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
CPU : Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (sandy bridge)
RAM: Four 2 GB Samsung DDR3-1333 SDRAM

I have a laptop ASUS G73s

is my laptop going to have any bottlenecks?
