Hello,
My setup:
i5-2500K
ASUS P8Z68-V Pro

In my BIOS, I cannot disable Turbo mode, in fact, the button for Turbo Mode (in the Advanced section of the BIOS) is always grayed out, the cursor skips over it when I am scrolling down through the list. It doesn't matter if I have it set to manual or auto in the AI Tweaker, the option to "enable' or "disable" turbo mode is "locked". Is this normal for this motherboard/BIOS?

I would try updating the BIOS, and then seeing if that option unlocks.
