Hello, I changed the bios to default and now I get a message while the computer is starting that says

"WHILE INITIALIZING DEVICE NDIS:
WINDOWS PROTECTION ERROR. YOU NEED TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER"

I restart the computer and it says the same thing.
I am still running Windows 98 and the motherboard is a Intel D865GLC
Intel Celeron 2.7GHz
System Bus speed 400MHz
System memory speed 2663MHz
RAM 128 MB DDR266
I have researched the problem and it seems like I need to change the CPU speed lower to allow it to run, I cant find hoew to change the speed in the CMOS
Any ideas?
