just got amd overdrive and on the benchmark test i got 6070 did it a couple more times and the highest i got was 6101. is this low? i did some research and people r able to get 10k...
im using phenom 955 BE OC 3.8ghz stock HSF and gigabyte 970a mobo
the benchmark puts my cpu to 100% on all 4 cores for lik a second then only used about 30% of my cpu for the rest of the test. i thought it would stress me more anyways am i low or is it normal? i feel lik im low..how can i improve my score?
Overdrive benchmark is not that great of a tool. I feel it's fine to see if an OC or other changes make any improvement to your system.
As a note, my 965 @ 4.0ghz on a 890g board gets the same numbers as you posted.

Your scores are lower than the old ones because the new AMD Overdrive is optimized for FX processors so they don't look so crappy LOL, the old Overdrive I would score around 12,000 the and in the even older Overdrive I scored over 13,000,but the new Overdrive I score 6883.
