Which is better for my 1055T @ 3.5GHz?

Should I run RAM at DDR3 1333 8-8-8-20 or DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24?

RAM is Corsair Vengeance 1600 8GB. Thanks.

Theorectically, the 1600 settings are a little faster, but you will notice very little difference between the two.

I'd actually choose the 1333MHz kit due to the lower CAS latency if I had to choose one to keep with that CPU. AFAIK the 1055 still uses a 1333MHz FSB so the CPU won't be able to really use the 1600MHz RAM frequency, which is visible when the RAM defaults to 1333MHz when installed.

All in all though, if you were planning on upgrading later on, I'd take the 1600MHz kit. The little extra speed might help with future upgrades (such as Bulldozer, Piledriver and the Intel equivalent in generations) due to increase in FSB speed support by the CPU's. For now though you won't notice the difference unless you're running synthetic benchmarks focused on purely testing RAM speed.

Run it at default max allowable by your cpu, which is 1333.
