i recently bought a asus gtx560 OC 850MHZ from BF sale
installed asus software, smartdoctor

couldnt go into the voltage...and i dont know how to OC a graphic card..sorry im nub at OCing

when i click on "set clock" it shows some msg about it will damage or sth i forgot...
but its the same core clock, shader clock and memory that show on the software...

do i have to set clock, then the advertised specs will take an effect or ??

is someone else using the same card as well? a good card overall?

try using afterburner instead, much better oc tool

increase in voltage is different and clock increase is different
when you increase voltage this does not increase clock automatically
you have to increase clock first then to stabilize it you need to increase voltage

MSI Afterburner is a good OC'ing tool for GPUs (it works on all GPUs). Try to find info on voltage and clock speed here and at other sites. My experience with GTX 470 cards is that they can be overvolted quite a bit, and stepping up the clock speed on the GPU and shaders is easy. The problem where instability comes in is in increasing the RAM speed. I have read a lot of posts where tweaking the RAM speed causes artifacts, and have confirmed this in my rig. Just remember to increase the fan speed when OC'ing.

yea i'm using the card, and it great! i bought it off a sale and i overclocked (afterburner) to 980mhz core clock,1960 mhz shader clock and 2500mhz memory clock. Its and awesome card for its price and it overlclocks well. hope that helps. Btw on afterburner, for my settings i had to max out the voltage (1087mv)
