Download all the drivers for your computer brand and model, especially the chipset drivers.

When did this issue start? Anything installed, deleted, etc...?

I installed Norton 360 and after doing a diagnostic Norton found this problem. I was unaware of it prior to installing Norton.

Don't worry about it then, just means one of the drivers is not working, but if you don't need it and everything is working fine, no need to deal with it.

If you want to try to fix it, do the drivers updates I already listed.

Thank you, I do believe that I will do the driver updates as there are other people who use this computer.
