Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You might be able do this by using the -unattend command but the machine to which you're installing must have its LAN open to being bootable but also have some form of NIC driver. It gets complicated so why do you wish to do it this way? Why can you not simply use an XP CD?
