I See other posts but no solutions. It has just started a couple of days ago. The scree scrolls to the right on the horizontal bar and then downwards on the vertical bar making it impossible to work in excel etc. If anyone knows of a solution please share as its driving me crazy. I have run my McAfee virus check twice and nothing showed up

Choose a restore point and windows restore to date when it was not scrolling.

And if you are relying on Mcafee, well, get another AV !

Replace the mouse and/or keyboard. A virus will not do this.
