I do not have access to my computer because it is a blank screen after I have turn it on. The only I can see is my wallpaper and screensaver. The start menu does not come up or appear, nor do the icons I have on my desktop.

when you see the wallpaper hit ALT+CTRL+DEL to open the Task Manager.

under the Application tab click on New Task.... and enter explorer.exe
