Ive bought the above named motherboard and the I5k 2500k chip.

Ive upgraded the BIOS to the newest F6 Bios, I followed the guide from the following URL:

I have 1333Mhz memory so obviously so I left that at 1333Mhz was running fine till till I was in windows and rebooted a bit.

This is the first time ive tried over clocking, what am I doing wrong, or where should I focus my attempts to stabalise these settings. Any pointers would be gratefully received :)
