my ASUS P5K-R p35 m/b is a bit hot on the chipset
it was around 38 when i was using my 3850 playing games
after i install the ASUS GTS 250
it is 43-44 when i am playing games

i got lots fans runing in the TT Armor case

Nothing to worry about, your chipset is designed to run quite warm.
Intel Specifies (page 15) that the P35 chipset can run at up to 106°C.
If you still want to lower the temps further, pick up a small Chipset Fan and mount it to your northbridge Hs.
