WHen lookin at all the server motherboards at newegg .. I notice some say Channel Support: Triple Channel

But some dont ..

like this one

SUPERMICRO MBD-X8DTL-6-O

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813182216

---
Does it have to note that it supports Triple Channel?

Isnt the point of DDR3 to be able to be triple channeled?

I'm confused .. maybe its just not listed ...

Anyone know if this board will work @ Triple Channel .. if i get

(2) Kingston 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) ECC Registered Server Memory Model KVR1066D3S4R7SK3/6GI - Retail

Thanks

They all support triple channel (Intel 5500 chipset). DDR3 is triple channel only if the CPU/chipset supports it.
