Download CPU-Z. I believe it shows frequency and timings.

ok under memory is all 9.0 how do i change the cas to 7 and the frequency is only 600mhz while its a 1333 Mhz stick..

This must be done in the BIOS. Have a look around, there should be a setting for memory somewhere in there.

Just don't play around with voltages and you can't hurt anything permanently. If you run your RAM out of specification with regard to timings it just won't work until you adjust them back to normal ranges. If you would like some help adjusting these settings I'm sure the folks over at the Overclocking board would be more than happy to help. I'm not a OC'ing expert, I just know how to do the basics, so I don't want to give you bad info. :pt1cable:

In cpuz 600mhz is 1200mhz effective, ddr= double data rate. You can set ram voltage and timings in bios(on most motherboards) to specs and is safe and recommended.
