If you are in need for more support for your consumer grade internal or external hard drive, check out the links below. They are links to various hard drive manufacturer's support sites where you can find contact information, diagnostic utilities, and knowledge basis, amongst other resources. Remember, these are only for consumer grade drives, not enterprise drives, hence why some manufacturers like IBM and HP are missing. If you are having trouble with enterprise grade drives, it is best to consult your IT person or get in touch with the manufacturer. If we have forgotten any manufacturers, feel free to PM a moderator and we can add it to the list.
