when i start or restart my pc, i get the bios symbol & after that in other screen message comes that
"warning:main bios checksum error......
bios auto recovering........"
& again the same thing repeats.....
what's the problem & how can i solve it???

You may need to re-flash the BIOS. Check you motherboard manufacturer's support web--ages for the instructions for flashing the BIOS and for latest BIOS file.

If you can enter the BIOs, try rewriting it. That should recalculate and rewrite a new checksum.
