Burn Problem DVD-R Vista

Pioneeer DVR_213LS

Unable to burn with Nero 8.3.13.0, also tried using Windows Vista burn. Unable to write to DVD-R was able to write to CDR.
Had no troubles with the DVD-R disc a week or two back

With Windows burning software is comes up with unable to format. I cannot remember what Nero said but it starts to burn and then comes up with message.

I do not know if the lattest update with Vista does it.

I made certain I had the lattest firmware for the Pioneeer DVR_213LS just to see if firmware would fix it
S213NP_V101(20080129)_for_213LS to try elimate problem

I did find restoring it before the update I was able to write to DVD-R. Updating again I find I cannot write to disc again

I did find that DVD+R one can write to.

Dont use that update!
