hey im building my pc
here are my specs:
core 2 duo e7400
nforce 630i mobo
xfx 9800gtx 512mb card
3gb ram ddr2
250gb hd


the question is that is this psu enough for my system even on load i.e(95% cpu usage) .

and also is this pc good enough for latest games like crysis,gta4,fallout3 etc.

Yes, that PSU would be sufficient. I would recommend this one instead, better quality and more power on 12V.

Change your CPU & mobo to this combo. The extra core should help for GTA4.

Get 2x2GB of RAM, not 3GB.

Change the HDD to WD 3200AAKS.

For Crysis a GTX260 216 would be better if you can squeeze it in your budget.
