I want to upgrade my power spply to this one

http://www.ocztechnology.com/produ [...] wer_supply

But im not sure of the cables. It says that it comes with

1 x 20+4-pin ATX
1 x 4-pin CPU
1 x 6-pin PCI-E*
3 x SATA
4 x Peripheral
1 x Floppy

so i know that the 24pin one connects to the motherboard and the sata ones connect to my dvd drive and hardrive. I also know that the pci-e one is for graphics and the perepherals and floppy ones are used for, but i dont know what the 4 pin cpu one is for. Is this the one that goes in to the motherboard, which is the 12v one?

Also if i wanted to go for the 600warr ocz one, it would come with 2 cpu connecters and im sure that my motherboard only has one. So would that PSU not work with my computer or will i only get half the power?

Either PSU would power your mobo just fine.

I would recommend this PSU instead, better quality.

some motherboards have a larger port to plug in a 4+4 pin CPU plug, either one will work, you won't have any problems

but do i have to plug in both cpu 4 pin cables or can it work with just one plugged in? If one does work will it lose power or not?

Why would you lose power? Each connector provides the power it is meant to.
