Did a simple oc to 3.6 by bumping bclk up. Ran prime 95 for an hour no problem. Ran the folding@home overnight and computer crashed What should I increase for stability?

Insufficient information. Did you have a power glitch? Static-laden housecat brush by one of your USB ports? Is there enough airflow through your case (noting that airflow is more dependent on orientation than sheer number of fans).
What happens if you drop the OC down to 3.4?

First thing I did was drop down the oc. Have been running F@H all day no problems.
Temps were stable @ about 70 with the higher OC, now there are around 67-68.
