What is the fastest memory configuration for the Intel DP45SG motherboard. I'm currently planning on installing 2*2GB DDR3-1333. Would 4*1GB perform better? Or would i get better performance from this board with a different FSB or memory speed?

Stick with a 2x2Gb setup as it will give you room to upgrade in the future.
There will be no performance difference between a 2x2Gb and 4x1Gb setup.
