I am runing a Asrock P4VM890 with a P4 3.4mhz 800 bus with 1gig of DDR400 ram, and a PCIE 1gig nvidia 9400gt. Can I push the CPU to go faster?? christopheredwardosborne@yahoo.com

you should be able to get atleast 3.8 - 4 ghz no problem you should be able to go even faster if you cooling that old chip right.
