I just ordered a new computer worth of parts from newegg.....assembled everything and when i turn the power on the system will power on...the fans will all spin up....then it will shut down and try again. I dont get any beep codes and i have tried stripping it down to one video card and i have tried every combination of 2 sticks of ram (from the 4 sticks i have)

Q9450 on the new DFI lanparty JR micro atx motherboard. I have an ati 4850 1G from sapphire that i have in it as well as a known good nvidia 8800GT. I dont have another machine i can test DDR2 in.

Any ideas....sounds to me like i am looking at an RMA but im not totally sure.

Thanx in advance guys

I'd guess memory, PSU or motherboard.

do the memory test above, then try a differnt PSU, then return the motherboard.
