Hi guys, i need help because i truly need to upgrade my mobo, memory, cpu and video card. the problem is i just $500 bucks, the good news is the i already have a case- ultra aluminus case, antec 850watt power suply, seagate barracuda 250gb and LG dvd burner with lighscribe.

i have an
GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 ( lots of problems with the dang board, somehow i manage to keep this for like 6mont)
AMD 5000 B.E
corsair 667
MSI 8600gt

alots of trouble when it comes to overclocking the memory, the AMD dosent go pass 3.2 stable. and the funniest part is that this is suppost to be a gaming ring. is out of the question what games i can play, crysis on mid and stil lags. i will like to go back to intel the q6600 if is possible to fit it on my budget, becasue i will like that my next upgrade last me more than the one i got. also i will like a 4850 but any good price card that can play game in somewhat good setting like a 3870 will do, plzz replay with a good budget setup. thanx in advance

I don't think you'll be getting everything you want at 500 bucks. Take deal number one.

For gaming, just upgrade the video card to the best one you feel comfortable paying for.
If you have 2gb, go to 4gb of ram.
You should be able to do both of these and get lots of change back from your $500.
Back off the overclock to a stable point.

If you then still feel the need to change cpu and mobo, the ram and video card will serve you well.

Your list is just fine. Less memory than I would have liked, but you can add more later.

Just go with that.
