hey, for mail forwarding outside US,Viaddress is the best . I have been using them since many years. Their rates are much lower thanBongous, Vpost, Borderlinx .
I have had purchased several items online and shipped them to India via viaddress service only and the most important thing is, items are always received in perfect conditions.
2 years ago i had to buy a necklace for my mom and the liked one wasn't available here. so i bought it from eBay and shipped them through viaddreess. Necklace was reached in 3 days. they are really fast, reliable and trustworthy.
i would say, for international customers, it is must to have them. here is the link.

Also they have live chat support, so if you need any assistance, they are always ready to answer your queries.

Here is another opinion about your options for parcel forwarding from the United States to International destinations.

I have worked with a lot of these forwarding companies in the past. There are a lot of options, but it depends on what you are looking for in a service. Here are some of the options...

http://www.BongoUS.com - Great technology, great customer service, great prices. This is who I use now.
http://www.myus.com - largest of the group, great prices, but some hidden fees, poor response time.
http://www.usa2me - ok technology, good customer service, high prices with additional fuel added when you ship
http://www.usglobalmail.com - older technology/website, good customer service, high prices

I suggest checking them all out as they are all reputable and you do not need to worry about not getting your goods. Make your own decision on which company will work the best.

I would caution about some of these companies. Check a few reviews on the net before going with any specific company. Off the top of my head, I know that MyUS, BongoUS, USA2ME, and Shipito are very popular companies. From what I have been able to find, MyUS and BongoUS seem to be VERY pricey. USA2ME is so-so, kind of average with regards to pricing. Shipito seems to have many more options and are very low in price.

After spending a few hours comparing the shipping rates for all the package forwarding companies mentioned in this forum and other forums on the web, I found out that Viaddress.com at http://www.viaddress.com offers the lowest shipping rates according to the shipping calculators on all those sites.

Their Package forwarding service is actually FREE !, with NO set up fees and NO monthly membership fees and they also offer FREE Concierge Service!!! While other companies charge you 5% to 15% commission fee. It also says on their website http://www.viaddress.com that they have the biggest Personal shopper service on Ebay.com in the US.

Well… All of these good points convinced me to try them… and I’m glad I did...

I have used them to shop from Ebay in the US and on other couple of US sites that didn't ship outside the US and I was able to save a lot on shipping by combining all my boxes in one large box for FREE! You can do this by using the package consolidation tool in your account area on Viaddress.com.

hiiiiiiiii,

Viaddress.com (http://www.viaddress.com) is definitely the cheapest and fastest way to forward packages from the United States. I registered for free and I got a US address immediately. I was able to start shopping on all US online stores right away!
Last week I received my package using Viaddress (http://www.viaddress.com) package forwarding service and I'm quite pleased with them. This video shows how the Viaddress service works: http://www.youtube.com/user/viaddress

I have recently tried MyUS and the general impression is that they are OK, but there is room for better service. PROS: 1) they are legitimate and reliable, 2) good customer support (they have answered my questions within 12 hours), 3) they ship fast (within 24 hours), 4) they use good courier services (they have shipped me the goods to Europe with DHL Express, which is fast service). CONS: 1) they are expensive and they are not transparent in regards to shipping fees: I had subscribed for a Standard account, I have ordered 2 packages of jewelry from Bidz weighting 0.2 lbs each, as FedEx confirmed, but when MyUs reshipped them they made them 3 times heavier (probably due to re-boxing) and also over dimensional weight (+ 40%), they also added insurance cost, so I've paid $52 per package instead of $32 as advertised on MyUS website; total cost: $ 10 subscription fee + 104 = 57/package; 2) they refused to consolidate the packages, regardless they arrived to them in consecutive day (with Standard membership they said it's not included); 3) they did not help me to declare customs value (as I had requested), they took the amount from the original invoices (they advised me that only if I subscribe for a premium membership they can diminish the value of the order by up to 25%). So, overall, they are OK, but I'd like to try other services before going along with them.
