After weeks of research and calculating my tight budget I finally found all needed details for new pc, so here it goes:

Core 2 Duo E8400 E0 stepping for oc to 3600mhz or even more
Asus P5QL-E
OCZ 2x1gb 1066mhz RAM
WD Caviar SE16, 640gb, 16mb
Sprakle GeForce 9600GT 512mb
Antec III Sonata with 500W Earthwatts PSU
Cheap Samsung DVD writer

I had to pick weaker parts for following candies, given my tight budget:
LG Electronics Flatron L227WT-PF, 22" WideScreen
Logitech X-230 2.1 Speakers

And for stylish black looks of pc too :D

Looking forward to your replies and thoughts, thank you in advance.

Hmmmm.......
1. Get 2x2GB RAM or if you don't have the money right now, then get a 1slot-2GB-RAM. Get DDR2 800 for some dollar saving, the performance is not that different.
2. HD4850 is only a few dollars away from 9600. So get it! Or get for HD3850 that has the same price.
3. Don't forget an aftermarket cooler for OC. Xigmatek HDT-S1283 is good.
4. You can choose E7200 to cut your budget.

+1 on the RAM - if you get it OCed to 3.6 - you'd still only have 1:1 ratio with DDR2 800. If you want to go further, OC the memory as well (1066 is usually just OCed DDR2800).

+1 for the 4850 too.

+1 for the cooler.

The E7200 is only $100 right now at microcenter. That's a great deal. You should be able to OC that thing like a beast.

Good choice on the HD and the rest.

Good luck.

^+1 for above posters. If getting a S1283 don't forget the bolt in kit.

If possible change the 9600GT to a manufacture like BFG, or EVGA.

If everything would be that easy as you hope :) In my country(Latvia) parts costs quite more, then recommended retail prices and difference between HD4850 and 9600GT is whole freakin' 60 bucks. That's not good bargain. But I've been also thinking about taking HD4850 as it kicks ass.
Same thing with prices when it comes to RAM. Difference between 2 gigs of 1066 and 800 ram is about 6-8$, so it's not much of a saver. Buying single kit of 2gigs is no-good, since I won't have dual-channel and that sucks, so I'd rather just stick some more memory later. 2gigs or 4gigs, today it's not much difference in game performance as few years back with 256 and 512.
E7200 has 3mbs of L2 cache, which frankly sucks for gaming, and plus E8400 is just too good to not to buy it.
Cooler is big yes, but in two or three months, when I earn some money :P School starts, so I don't have more time to actively earn money, but little by little I will push pc to at least 4gigs, with cooler CPU to 4000+mhz at least. Stock is fine for 3600.

Thanks for your opinions. By the way I would like some opinion on monitor choice, cause I wouldn't like to buy something, that sucks.
