I see nothing wrong with the screen shots as such. You memory timings are loose, but that is because your memory is running at 1000Mhz.

You should be able to get 5,5,5,15 at those speeds, but for that you must set it manually and increase the memory voltage from 1.8 to 2.1(+0.3) in the bios.

Enter the bios, hit ctrl+F1, the screen should flash. Now go under the menu called MIT. you can now set spd to manual and the memory voltage to +0.3

I would still personally recommend you not run the memory so high as the speeds will not get you much extra performance, if you set your memory multiplier to 2.4 and the ram would run at 800. you may be able to get 4,4,4,12 at that speed on 2.1 volts. You would have to test this, the memory looks to be rated at 5,5,5,15 @ 800(on 1.8 volts, but clearly the EPP says it should take 2.1volts :)) so if you do not want to mess with it, try spd with the memory multiplier at 2.4(you memory should show 800 then and not 1000) and the voltage at stock.

Note:

DDR ram is read at half the speed since it's double data rate. so 400 IS 800

A reference image of what the bios looks like, do not copy it, just shows where the options are. I took it for another post(thus the settings are not the ones you need).

EDIT.
also to make screen shot taking easier check under Start->All Programs->Accessories->Tablet Tools->Snipping Tool
Open that, cut out what you want save it, click new cut the next thing you need save and repeat.

You can also try irfanview. Its free and is easy to crop images, select what you want after pasting(print screen to copy your screen) an image in, draw a box around what you want and hit ctrl+y to crop it. When you are done save it.

Nice reply :)

I'm wondering what exactly the OP thinks is wrong? Is the system unstable?

Well what you want help with.
Your screen shots are normal.
Kinda hard to help you if you dont explain symptoms.

It`s very stable. I had 1 or 2 crash since Feb but, the Pc i had before was a 3.4GHZ NorthWood with 2 Gb of Ram and a X1950XT and it is much faster then this one. I had no problem running Company of Heroes and with the Q6600, i`m having stuttering. I was asking for help because when i bought the parts on NCIX, the G-Skill RAM was very cheap and everybody was writing that this RAM was very good but, we had to twaek it a bit. I`m not very use to play with the RAM settings but with the nice explanation you guys provided, i will give it a try. Maybe i had to much expectation for this home built system.

With a Q6600, you are going to get your performance gain in multi-tasking and such. It's not going to break any records at stock speeds.

Your temps look good. Run that sucker up, see if you can hit 400 FSB and I imagine you'll feel better.

Thanks for the reply Proximon. I guess my choice of CPU wasn't that great. I bought that one because of it's rating for Flight Sim X. Can you tell me how to raise the FSB please.

The requirements for that game should be fairly low. CPU power should be a non issue.

Your FSB is already raised. The stock is 266 and you are running at 333. The fsb can be adjusted from the MIT menu described above.

My first suggestion is to get your memory speed into spec from what G.Skill recommends

So go set your memory multiplier to 2.4(this will give you 800 @ your current 333 fsb speed)
Now look at the memory SPD, set it to manual and set 5,5,5,15. Once again you can look at the picture, but in my case it was 4,4,4,10. Do NOT set 4,4,4,XX. You can try it later but only with the memory voltage set to 2.1 or +0.3(the MAX g.Skill allows). If you want to set 4,4,4,XX timings(i would try 15 then lower it if it passes stress tests).

Now onto the rest.

Have you tried to run the game in compatibility mode?

Have you applied any patched needed for that game? This may be a non issue at least the COH:Opposing Fronts autopatches
http://cohpatch.relic.com/index.html

Have you tried to open the game. alt tab out and change its affinity in the task manager? Some games do not like multi core.

Based on your screens you already have the latest drivers from Nvidia. If you have time you may want to try 1 or 2 driver revisions back. This sounds off, but i have seen this happen where they break a game with new drivers.

EDIT!!!

I just installed COH: Opposing Fronts(guess its about time since I got it last Christmas). I notice the motion in the game is sometimes not smooth even with 60fps(i think they are going for an effect or something).
One way to get a performance boost seems to be to turn off DirectX 10 and set the shaders to "High" instead. If your old system had XP then it would have only had that option anyway. DX 10 is Vista only

This game seems to use Vsync by default so 60fps may be the cap for most. Its whatever your refresh rate is.
The game only uses a max of 30% cpu so that should not be an issue. It does not even seem to warm up the video card much either. Ram use when playing was around 1.4 Gigabytes. So ram should not be an issue either.

A quick test(the one built into the game) shows minimum frames on 45(was almost solid 60, dropped to 45 for a slip second on almost every scene change, same for when you first move the camera in game. Maybe its loading the new textures in real time) with a max of 63(fraps never shows over 60) and an average of 58.
The same settings with DX10 has a far lower min(anywhere from 18-35). the average is 53 and the peak was 62.

You may also be able to squeeze a few more fps by setting the audio to High and not Ultra.

With some tweaking you should have everything running the way you like it. Since the game is zoomed out most of the time, the ultra to high texture difference may not be noticeable.

Hope this helps a bit.

Ooops ya you are already overclocked. Wonder how that happened? Best to leave it there, as long as it's stable. If you get the urge to do more head over to the OC forum.

The Nukemaster makes a good point. Gaming in DX 10 is still kinda slow.
