I have the same problem. its not a toolbar for the internet. it is a toolbar that came with the windows xp. When I first got my computer, I had like a toolbar at the top of the screen at all times, it had games - recycle bin- messages - notepad - etc anything you wanted to add or take away, it was kinda like a widget. One day I think I clicked something and it disappeared.

Could you at least direct me to a setting I could go to on my computer - to find out how to bring it back?

I would really appreciate it.
