Looks solid to me.
I would swap the zalman with the xigmatek HDT S1283 though, and get the xigmatek mounting bracket too.

Yep on the Xig + bracket.

I think maybe you aren't going to build a decent video editing machine on that budget though. Also, for video editing and not gaming, an ATI card would likely be better then the GeForce.
