does the memoru with pc-8500 cost more watt (power) than pc-6400

I don't understand - do you mean does it take or use more power?

I don't believe the power consumption difference is significant, but I do believe that the 8500 will use a little bit more.

Maybe depends on the memory.
In general the pc-8500 will consume more power, but there are memory modules rated at pc-8500 that run @1.9v and memory modules rated at pc-6400 that run @2.2v.

In general though pc-6400 runs @ 1.8v and pc-8500 runs at 2.1v, so yes.
