I got a Core 2 duo 3ghz E8400. Which motherboard should i get? Intel Or ASUS. I would think that intel would be better since its made by the same company as my CPU.

doesn't matter really they if they are both intel chipsets, you generally get more features from someone like asus or gigabyte, but intel boards are known for stability

ASUS, especially if you want to upgrade that CPU latter. Intel pretty much stops caring about their boards as soon as they release a new chipset. ASUS will give you BIOS updates for some time. If you want to overclock it, ASUS again. Just get the ASUS.
