I'll be getting an Asus P5N-T Deluxe:

for free but I've got nowhere to put it. Old mobo died, sent it to ASUS, bought new mobo cuz I couldn't wait, ASUS sends me upgraded mobo cuz can't fix old one.

So I want to build a new system with this motherboard.

I was thinking:

Case:
Antec 300:

Power Supply:
I dunno about this, since the mobo can support 3-way sli I'd like to try that out eventually, but also I've had too many unused cables in my old psu. I'd like a psu with only the cables I need, or one where extra cables can be taken out.

My last power supply was:
OCZ GameXStream 700 W:

but I'm guessing tri-sli requires 1100 + Watts.

I'm only planning on having 1 hard-drive and don't really have any extra devices besides the video cards, and a DVD burner, so all the extra power to those things is just annoying cables for me.

CPU:
Some Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad, haven't really decided yet.

RAM:
2 Gig of OCZ or Corsair.

Video Card:
I've got an extra BFG 7900 GTX that I'm gonna use for now, maybe tri-sli in future.

P.S. I haven't ever overclocked and I'm still nervous to start doing that.

Any thoughts? Am I stark raving mad?

7x8i chipsets are loaded with issues and are generally best avoided.

Then buy a good Intel chipset motherboard and some ATI cards.

Well I've been unable to sell the motherboard. Also, worst case scenario it doesn't work and I send it back to asus to get it upgraded to a new model.

I'm thinking of doing the following as a final build:

Case: Antec 300
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.66 Ghz
Memory: Kingston Value Ram 800 Mhz 4 GB
Power Supply: Antec NeoPower 650
Video Cards: BFG Tech GeForce 8800GT x 2
Monitor: ViewSonic VA2226w 22" widescreen.

Anything terribly wrong with this? I can get all these parts for just under $1200 locally.
