So with my current setup I seem to be having some power related issues and i'm wondering just how high you all would recommend going with my PSU. I was considering a 500W OCZ PSU.

currently running

E7200 OC @ 3.6 (currently can't since addition of new video card - running at 3.16 with OCZ Vendetta Cooler)
4GB Buffalo DDR2 800mhz 2x2GB
Sapphire 3870 512 (Crossfire)
Asus 3850 512 (Crossfire)
Seagate 250Gg SataII 7200
P5K-E Asus Motherboard
not even sure what the name of my PSU is (came with the case-465W)
LG 20x Dvd rom

THanks for the help

Well that's you problem you used a PSU that came with a case. Anyway OCZ makes some nice 500W PSUs. These are the ones that I would recommend.

PC Power & Cooling:

To be honest I would go with the PC Power & Cooling PSU. They have a great reputation and I have used their PSUs for a long time. But, that's just my experience and you need to make up you own mind on what you would like I can only recommend. One thing that you should take into account is your Xfire setup. You are going to need a PSU that will have the right connections plus the right number of amps.

I just picked up a Corsair TX750 from NCIX a month or so ago. On sale then for 109.00. Currently on sale for 99.00 (after rebate).
Long cables, 60 amp 12V rail, 120mm fan, good voltage regulation, 2-6 pin PCI-E connectors, plus 2-6+2 pin PCI-E connectors, and enough power you shouldn't be stressing it at all with your system.
