So i'm building a new PC and the psu that i picked up has an 8 pin connector on it but my mobo has a 4 pin connector. i was wondering if they make adapters for that or if i need to go get a new psu? Thanks

The 1 brand that has 8pin but can be separated for 4pin.

The other I have has a 4 and 8pin that separate.

You might be able to plug the 8 pin in as long as the part the clips or snaps it in place should be okay. They can only go in one way, so its.. kinda idiot proof. :oops:. o O (but I've been wrong)
